This fenced outdoor retreat features multiple distinct zones: a spacious wooden deck with a covered area perfect for dining or staging; a dedicated relaxation zone complete with a sunken hot tub and chic gas fire pit; a large, well-maintained artificial turf lawn for activities or equipment setup; and rustic landscaping with natural elements and charming string lighting that creates a magical ambiance both day and night. With easy access to common areas (including a dedicated game space), and a separate wood-burning fire pit area, our backyard offers flexibility and stunning aesthetics throughout the seasons, from sun-drenched evenings to cozy, snow-dusted mornings. Please note our capacity guideline: If outdoor events are permitted by local code for your booking, the maximum capacity is 45 people; if not permitted per code, the maximum capacity is 5 people
