Set on 15k square feet, the 2k square foot house has all the bones of a California ranch with a genuine, lived-in charm. Set against the San Gabriel mountains, the expansive front yard with circular driveway is anchored by a 100 year old Deodar tree, and a backyard bounty of oranges, figs, avocado and guava trees bring color to the winter season. The layered yard has more finished landscaping in the front and a more rustic feel in the deeper backyard. The interiors are finished with warm white walls and colorful paintings, minimal furniture throughout, perfect for layering or building upon. The flexible space makes for a diversity of shooting potentials -- outdoor vignettes like farms, farmers markets, park scenes, and indoor shots like office settings, kid vignettes, charming country kitchen scenes, etc. And our newly updated backyard studio has a more modern look and feel as well.
