The studio is approx 1000sq ft with 13ft high ceilings. A great space quiet for interviews, meetings, etc. All new electronic and commercial appliances (plus washer and dryer for quick creative clean-ups). Sonos surround sound speakers throughout the space - a Samsung OLED 75" smart TV to live stream as you laptop monitor. Full kitchen plus espresso machine. Keep in mind the location of this space is two blocks from the waterfront with an amazing view of the Manhattan City skyline. Nobody seems to care if you're shooting, here in Greenpoint things are very relaxed. This is a great place to station your talent as well if shooting somewhere nearby on-location.
