About the Space

This space is a castellated Grade II listed property that sits in an elevated position approx 200 feet above sea level with breathtaking views across to Mawddach Estuary. Different rate applies for renting the whole house. The house is accessed via a private drive which belongs to the property and sweeps left and right up to the entrance gates. It is situated within 5 acres of hillside woodland with a derelict cottage and coach house at the rear which have plenty of character and may be suitable for a haunted trail/theme. The position is self enclosed within mature gardens and woodlands at the rear which can be walked with the correct footwear! The top of the woodlands near the boundary wall has a reservoir which feeds water through various streams down to the property and is fast flowing water.
