This location is an exceptional live/work penthouse-style loft apartment. Once an aircraft parts factory, the building was originally designed by Sir Owen Williams and remains one of the most iconic examples of industrial Art Deco architecture. Untouched since the original conversion in the 90s, our space has been lovingly refurbished to create a large studio space inspired by aspects of zen, fengshui, and wabi sabi.
