This charming, bright, contemporary, and old Spanish-style family home is located on a quiet tree-lined street. The house has two large gardens, a mature oak tree, a large deck, and a driveway. The house was built in the 1920s and has a lot of original Spanish-style features such as vaulted wood beamed ceilings, a fireplace porch, etc. The house was recently reimagined into a modern home by famous design firm Frank + Frisch. The home respects the past (1925 Spanish style home) yet embraces a modern design aesthetic. I.e., wide doorways, bright, airy spaces with amazing natural light, and a contemporary modern kitchen, primary bedroom, and bathroom.
