About the Space
This is a large, bright, modern-traditional suburban home in the San Fernando Valley. It was renovated with designer Sarah Sherman Samuel and has fresh and special details. The light is amazing and abundant and the walls are white. The house is finished with very little color, mostly white and light woods, along with thoughtfully chosen specialty finishes that it a beautiful canvas to adjust to your needs. The ceiling is 20ft high in the entry, living room, dining room, and 15ft high in the master bedroom. There are a handful or living areas including a "lady nook" with high ceilings, built-in bookshelves, arched wall openings, and a fireplace to make it unique and special and easy to style as a additional living room (as it is now), another bedroom, or office. The yard is large and overlooks the rolling hills of the Mulholland Reserve in the Santa Monica Mountains. It features a unique shaped pool, new deck, abundant grassy areas, large black custom pergola, a canteen window that opens into the kitchen, a new white stucco fire-pit, and raised bed garden boxes.The property was freshly landscaped last year and the plants have matured to be lush and overflowing...so many white garden roses, rosemary, white sage, lavender, agave, and wisteria. There is a huge beautiful orange tree and a large mature olive tree along with many other olive and fruit trees throughout the property. We generally keep our 2 offices and nursery off-limits but if you are looking for these rooms primarily, we can make them available. There is a ton of non-permitted street parking so that part is a breeze. We've had the pleasure of hosting Crate & Barrel, Marie Kondo, Lulu & Georgia, Kate Somerville, Saatchi, Ruggable, and Beauty Counter, among others! The main thing that we ask is that you protect the white walls, carpet, and furniture when using:) You really won't find better all-day lighting anywhere! Additional Cleaning Fee = $300 Overtime Rate = 1.5x We are happy to remove the pool fence for a fee of $200. Please no more people than the number you booked for. If there are more people present during the booking you are subject to the booking rate that reflects that number.

Beautiful and bright large space! All rooms have unique California chic decor, and tons of natural light spilling in through the windows. Jaimi was easy to work with, very responsive and helpful... and she has great style too!

We loved shooting at Jaimi's beautiful home! The space is just as pictured. Production-wise it's quite spacious, with plenty of areas for glam/wardrobe, production office, and meals. Load-in was a snap. Jaimi was very helpful and responsive and her site rep Madi was great to work with as well. We'll definitely be back!
