Bright Living Space for events, photoshoots and productions. WE HAVE OTHER SPACES AVAILABLE AT THE SAME LOCATION - SEE OUR OTHER LISTINGS FROM THE PROFILE. The entrance is directly from the street into the lobby area and then about 15 stairs to come up to the main space area. The space can be used for various purposes: pilates, yoga studio, event, photo studio, meetings, conference, seminars, presentations, photography, video shooting, treatment room, clinic space, fitness studio, rehabilitation room, rehab, physio, chiro, massage space, etc. We also have sauna on site that can be used with our prior approval. We are looking for renters who will be respectful of the space and not cause any damage or disturbances to the space. We take great care of the space and we expect the same from you.
