About the Space

A bright and versatile open plan studio space available for booking all day on weekends and 6pm onwards during the week. Ideal for events, meetings, dinners, parties, trainings, photo and video shoots. We can work with you to adapt the space to your needs. Located a 2 min walk from London Fields Overground station, the main 11x6m space captures excellent diffused sunlight through the floor-ceiling windows throughout the day (blackout fabric can be negotiated if required). The studio has a yellow floor, concrete columns and a 4m high concrete ceiling. It has a few breakout spaces, a separate kitchenette, WC, cloakroom, and storage space. A large (movable) table with power and wifi, and good ventilation alongside ceiling-mounted heating / cooling. There is furniture and decor available for use as props. We have great access and drop-off parking spaces available from the communal private yard. You can park several cars here - but at your own risk (a private parking enforcement company occasionally visits). We have our own music system and can play music till the early hours (approx 2 am) but at a reasonable volume because there are residential flats above us. Rates vary depending slightly depending on the needs of the project. You are welcome to recce during the week by appointment. Please call / email.
