About the Space

We offers a variety of spaces for hire, including two performance spaces and four rehearsal studios, suitable for a range of activities such as filming, shows, workshops, and meetings. The main theatre is a versatile black box space that can be transformed into different set-ups, with capacities ranging from 58-96, and includes dressing rooms, lighting rig, sound system, and fully-equipped tech box. The Studio Theatre is another adaptable black box space with removable seating for up to 50, suitable for various events like performances, workshops, and parties, and includes a dressing room, lighting rig, and sound system. The newly refurbished bar is a charming space that can accommodate up to 100 people for events like product launches and receptions, fully licensed and available for hire until 11.30pm. Studio 1 can accommodate a number of space set-ups, including workshops, rehearsed readings, auditions, dance, movement and low-impact exercise sessions. The space benefits from natural lighting, a semi-sprung floor, full length mirrors and a small PA system and has capacity for 40 people seated or 50 standing. Studio 2 is a flexible space suitable for rehearsals, R&D sessions, readings, auditions and meetings. The space also has acoustic panelling. Please note due to sound restrictions, we are unable to accommodate singing and music in this studio. The vocal studio is our most intimate space and is suitable for smaller rehearsals, self-taping and one to one sessions. The studio benefits from a mirrored wall and a piano can be provided for a small charge. Additional equipment like flat screen TVs, dressing screens, tables, chairs, pianos, cameras, and music stands are available for hire at a small cost.
