Our flagship Georgian farmhouse has been fully refurbished with you in mind. The perfect place for a big party or a relaxing retreat. With a games room, sun room and private lake you can both gather in company and retreat in privacy in its sumptuous spaces. In the heart of this sprawling farmhouse is the impressive games room with a full-size snooker table, dart board and social space. The comfortable snug creaks with leather armchairs and crackles with the roaring wood burner, here you can dip into the select library or watch the Smart TV, on fair days the French windows can be opened to lead out on to the large stylish patio with fountain. The deluxe kitchen area is perfect for preparing a banquette, with three ovens, microwave, warming drawers, large induction hobs, bottle cooler and huge American fridge/freezer. The island lay-out facilitates a large amount of preparation and cupboard space. The dining room is equipped with a mighty oak table big enough for sixteen guests to dine, the walls are hung in the salon style with an array of contemporary local art.
