About the Space

Our newly renovated three bedroom home is beautifully chic full of character and charm. The lounge with its plaster walls and rust coloured sofa give a warm yet effortlessly stylish feel with natural light pouring in through the bay window. The open plan kitchen/dinning room is the heart beat of the home. Pops of colour make the space come alive, with big glass doors opening on to the garden, the space is expansive with a great flow. It can be relaxing and calm for a quiet dinner or an incredible space for hosting a party. There is a great space for fitness set up if you require yoga/ Pilates area! The Bathroom with its colour contrasting tiles is fun and bright and perfect to make any shot stand out! The bedrooms are calm and simple and ready to have a story told by your creative team! Our home is full of love and we hope you enjoy it as much as we do! It has so much natural light as well as ceiling lighting throughout! We can send over measurements and videos upon request. The street is so quiet (it’s like your not in London) with free on street parking and enough room on the drive for two cars. 15 minutes walk from South Woodford train station or a short bus ride from Blackhorse Road. A couple of minutes walk from the house is Epping forest, so a perfect location if you need nearby locations. If you head straight up the stairs from the hall you will see a bedroom at the top of the stairs, to the right is the bathroom and following the landing round to the right is two more bedrooms.
