About the Space
My farm is a 30 acre, 40 stall stable with a gambrel roof and dutch doors at every stall. Built in the late 1970's the floor is Belgian block and inside is pine with specialty lighting. The barn is L shaped with attached 5 bay garage that houses the tractor and tool shed. There is an owner's cottage with a perennial garden and a shed. Other spaces include an old stone building, a dilapidated 3 bay garage, large indoor riding arena, 10+ grass pastures with black post and board fencing. There is a woodland on the property with a drivable trail around the perimeter. It is a working horse farm with 30+ horses.
