About the Space
Brand new, beautiful, large 1200 sq ft photo studio for photography and video shoots, meetings, auditions, and workshops. Centrally located in the Arts District of DTLA with lots of parking and free lighting gear. Great value for the amount of space and amenities it offers. The studio has a makeup table and a private dressing area. The bathrooms are located right next to the unit. It has white walls/floors, gray and black walls for backgrounds. It also has a living room set. Open 7 days a week, 24 hrs/day. FREE PHOTOGRAPHY LIGHTING WITH RENTAL: 2 400w Neewer strobe 1 60 Watt LED Video Light 1 C-stand, boom, 1 giant 65 in octagonal soft box, 3 ft folding table, 4 chairs are included FREE. Make-up and hair table and chair. Couch and chairs for guests. Ample parking is available around the building with two parking lots and sometimes free unmetered street parking. Elevator and loading area are just feet from the front door. Very big windows provide a generous amount of natural lighting. Curtains can be closed to control light.

Great space host was nice, but just so you know there is a huge american flag in the back of the white space and it’s almost impossible to get out of the picture :( so if that’s not your vibe maybe don’t book! easy to edit out but that’s extra time on edits you know

I've used this studio before and it has a new cyc wall that works great. It has a lot of painted walls as backdrops too.

The host was amazing and answered all my questions. The studio was clean and open very roomy and useable.

The back of the “cyc wall” was just somme white paint on an off white wall, with the yellowest stained floors imaginable. Going to have to spend hundreds on post production to make these photos salvageable.
