This Ranch offers a spacious and secluded 5-acre property in beautiful AGUA DULCE. Located in a gorgeous desert setting, the property offers amazing hilltop views and stunning sunrises and sunsets. Agua Dulce is a small, quaint Western town featuring the famous Vasquez Rocks and is recognized as being within the 30-Mile Studio Zone (only 40 minutes from Burbank). Buildings on the property include a cozy ranch-style home and a newly constructed, detached "she-shed". The single story home is 3BR/2BA and features an open floor plan, updated kitchen, a classic stone fireplace, and a wrap around porch with jacuzzi. The she-shed also offers a deck with a western facing, sunset view and a murphy bed. On the 5-acres, you'll find outbuildings including a ranch-style barn with lambs, pipe stalls housing horses, and a chicken coop. A pergola with a view of the entire valley. The property also offers two separate arenas, a round pen, tack room, and access to miles of back country mountain trails. Available to add on: off road vehicle, motorhome, horse trailer, horses, lambs, dogs and chickens.

This location is an actual dream! The area is huge and there are so many great spots to shoot at around the ranch. Definitely a perfect location if you’re looking for space, versatility, stunning views and cute animals. Must book! Lauren and her family went above and beyond for us and was so accommodation and helpful before and during our shoot! HANDS DOWN the most welcoming host I’ve ever had the please of meeting. I would absolutely book again and I cannot recommend this space enough!! Can’t wait to be back!
