About the Space

Are you a content creator, photographer, or musician in need of a versatile studio space? Look no further than my fully-equipped home music studio in Chobham Manor, Stratford, London! This 183 sq ft space is perfect for a variety of use cases, including: Podcast Recording: Capture high-quality audio with our Scarlett 2i2 audio interface and two XLR microphones. We also provide a minimalistic standing desk and up to 4 chairs. Music Production: Compose and record your next hit using the XLR microphones, Casio keyboard and audio interface. Photography Studio: Optionally utilize the pink photography backdrop, 3 GVM studio lights, the glamcore makeup lights, the ring light and Sony 6300a camera to capture stunning portraits and product shots. Kitchen Studio: The lights and camera/tripod can be moved out to my kitchen, which includes a wooden table that you may use for filming. General Workspace: The standing desk and monitor provide a comfortable setup for remote work, meetings, or creative projects. The studio can accommodate up to 4 adults at a time, and is located just a short walk from the Olympic Park. I am unable to provide a toilet, however there are multiple cafes just downstairs from my place which has a clean toilet for use. No smoking or recreational drugs allowed. You're welcome to bring your own additional equipment to complement the existing setup. Secure your booking today! History of the Space This home music studio is located in a brand new building in the Chobham Manor neighborhood, right next to the beautiful Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park. The space was recently converted from a spare room into a fully-equipped recording and production studio as I have personally been trying to develop a creative career. Neighborhood Details The Chobham Manor neighborhood is home to many young families and young professionals. There is a popular local bakery a walking distance away, and the Westfield shopping centre is just a short walk away. You'll also find a Nisa local grocery store, a Pure Gym, a Sainsbury's supermarket, and a variety of restaurant options in the East Village area. Logistics The studio space is a 183sqft rectangular room with windows on one side. The equipment available includes a Casio keyboard, Scarlett 2i2 audio interface, standing desk, 2 chairs, monitor, 3 GVM studio lights, a ring light/phone stand, a pair of glamcore makeup lights, a Sony 6300a camera and tripod, and a pink photography backdrop. The layout of the equipment can be adjusted to suit your needs, whether you're using the space for podcast recording, music production, photography, or general workspace. There is free street parking available within walking distance, and the DLR and tube stations are also easily accessible on foot. Special Rates Non-profit organizations can receive a discount on the standard hourly rate. Rates are also subject to variable pricing based on the time of year, month, day, and hour of the day. Weekday daytime hours may be priced lower, while weekend and evening hours may be higher.
