About the Space
A ranch-style home, built in 1936, has an open, flowing floor plan around a central living room with high, vaulted ceilings and a large stone hearth. The natural building materials (wood beams, stone, brick) and traditional style make it a rare and beautiful find. Big windows open on a lush backyard patio, which abets a high slope with plenty of tree-cover for plenty of shade and isolation. Backyard waterfall can be switched on or off. Filled with homey touches, tchotchkes, and original artwork, which can be used or not for your production. We do accommodate all hours, but rates increase after 10:00 pm.
