About the Space
This is a beautiful space located right by the water in the heart of Williamsburg. The space is 2500 square feet and it has a 1200 square foot dance studio room along with a high-ceilinged lobby, 2 bathrooms, and two showers. This space is perfect to rent for private parties, dance classes, photo shoots, themed parties, bachelorettes, etc.

305 Fitness Studio is a vibe! Absolutely loved this space — everything was on point from start to finish! The studio had all equipment included, the lighting was perfect, and the overall energy made it easy to bring the best out of my clients. Shimmer & Flex Fitness hosted our Booty Bootcamp here, and the ladies were OBSESSED with the setup. It gave professional, fun, and motivating all in one. Definitely I will back Margo so helpful & energetic .

The staff was super helpful and accommodating throughout the booking process. Definitely recommend it for anyone looking to film dance, fitness, or creative content. We’ll be back for sure!🫰🏻

The most divine space we were Blessed to have hosted our first Vibes and Resin event! From the entrance all the way down to the stairs of heaven! This place is THE SPOT to dance with the team who offers classes there to creating a special event. As a DJ this was the most smoothest sound check I have done a day before the event til the end of the event! Margo is super AMAZING including all Staff, beautiful energy and has helped our event run super smoothly! We are excited to host our next event there and will be doing some more work with Margo and this beautiful place! Highly Recommend ❤️❤️❤️❤️
