This is the revival of a long abandoned space above a bus depot in the heart of Hackney. A 2000m² floor with incredible character and natural light has been reoccupied by a community of makers and creatives. The 215m² large main hall in the centre of the building along with a 75m² photography studio are available for one-off hire.

Natural light, high ceilings, unusual architecture… This place is great. Stunning location that is easy to book and worth the price. Has a real unique quality that you can’t find in just any studio or filming spot in the city. Would come back again for sure.

Gorgeous location for photography. I booked this space a couple of weeks ago and had a great experience. The host is easy to work with and the space is just stunning. If you manage to get a sunny day, the light pouring in is incredible. Perfect place for photographers like me and I would recommend it to anyone in the area. Thanks a lot to the organisers for such a great experience!

Uniquely beautiful spot in Hackney. Amazing for creatives and creative projects. If you are looking for something different with real character and intrigue, I would highly recommend this spot. Having it as a space to hire for production is actually a great idea and I am really glad it has happened. It is a gorgeous place to shoot in. Everyone should check it out.
