About the Space

Classic Manhattan Loft with original hard wood floors, high ceilings, and open north light for photo and video shoots. The space is 4200sq ft with two distinct shooting areas that can comfortably accommodate simultaneous video/still productions or separate staging/shooting areas. The loft features an open conference/dining area, exposed brick walls, full service kitchen, and a large freight elevator (65"x 94"open top) that opens directly into the space. The studio is fully equipped with a substantial selection of grip and lighting equipment available on site. A basic grip package which includes C Stands/apple boxes/set weights is included with daily rentals. Strobe lighting equipment and some LED lighting can be rented as per your request. Outside equipment is always welcomed. We are centrally located in the Nomad neighborhood with several prop houses close by. There is parking on East 24th Street and the N, R, 4, 5 and 6 subway lines and multiple Citi Bike docking stations are nearby. Daily and weekly rentals are available.
