Authentic Western Barn & Corral in Nearby Woodland Hills An easy 20-minute drive from the Universal Studios, this Walnut Acres “unicorn” is discreetly located, unseen, on a 2/3-acre lot right in the middle of one of the most convenient neighborhoods in the San Fernando Valley. Everything is real. Working hay loft, a horse corral and chicken coop frame a nostalgic, lived-in farm building that you would be hard pressed to find anywhere. Our street is production friendly and is often used for film and photography. As many as 8 vehicles can be easily accommodated on our grounds and street parking is generous. Additionally, a major elementary school is located just 200 yards away and has already served as a production HQ and parking for NCIS-L.A. The barn is available for exterior shooting only at this time. This charming slice of Americana is open to book now and can be made available on short notice. Come have a look!
