The star of many seafood dishes, as well as Saint Peter, the biblical patron of sailors, a symbol of roots, tradition, and connection to the sea. After an extensive refurbishment, the restaurant reopened in April 2025 with a fresh style that marries cuisine and culture. Every detail bears the mark of the siblings: the interior, inspired by the Italian Renaissance, features reproductions of the great masters, from Botticelli’s Birth of Venus on the ground floor to a breathtaking Sistine Chapel inspired ceiling upstairs. The aim is clear: to turn dining into an immersive experience, blending art and gastronomy. Even the logo tells a personal story. It depicts a man seated on a bench, gazing out to sea , their grandfather Rocco, a sailor and dreamer who remains central to their lives. The restaurant is dedicated to him, symbolising strength, humility, hope, and perseverance , values that continue to guide Angelica and Rocco today. It is no coincidence that the family dish, the seafood risotto he once prepared on Sunday afternoons, remains a cornerstone of their menu.
