Flooded with natural light from wrap-around windows, the space features raw concrete floors, industrial columns, and a stunning "hero" wall with a floor-to-ceiling bookshelf. Whether you are shooting an urban lifestyle commercial, a high-fashion editorial, or a"NYC-set" film, this space offers the textures, depth, and 24/7 availability required for a high-end cinematic look. Stop shooting around your gear. Unlike most lofts where equipment and talent clutter the shot, we offer a dedicated separate space for holding, talent prep, or catering. This allows your crew to keep the main loft clear for the camera at all times, ensuring a clean, professional workflow and faster setup times. We understand that "time is money" on set. This loft is one of the most logistically friendly locations in DTLA: Seamless Load-In: Dedicated loading zones available at both the front and back of the building. Elevators: Large, gear-friendly elevators provide direct, easy access for heavy equipment. The Rooftop: Access to our stunning rooftop with sweeping skyline views is available (additional fee applies)—perfect for "golden hour" shots or city-set B-roll. Parking: No DTLA stress; multiple public parking lots are located immediately surrounding the building for easy crew and talent access. The Kitchen: Includes a gourmet kitchen and large island, perfect for food prep or as a stylish lifestyle backdrop. Efuru's loft offers the beauty and ambiance of an urban loft setting. She is very easy to work with and accommodating to all the changes that often happen when making production decisions. In addition to her accommodation, the building is very film friendly and was able to help us logistically with our load in. I look forward to showing Efuru's loft on location scouting further projects.
