Freight elevator for easy load in. Rentable parking lot directly across the street for larger productions.     The place is exactly, if not better than the pictures. It’s spotless and the bathroom and kitchen were modern and functional. The shower is a plus! Anthony is amazing to work with and returns messages right away. We had several conflicts in our scheduling and Anthony helped us figure it all out. The shoot was so fantastic. We will definitely be using the space again! I love the space and enjoyed working with Anthony !! I highly recommend it

    LOVED the space. Shot beautifully. Some very useful lights and gear was there at our disposal. We were doing interviews all day, and for the most part sound from outside was no issue. Anthony was very responsive. Highly recommend!

    Amazing, clean, well located studio. I highly recommend this studio for photo and video shoots. It comes with lots of gear, a clothes rack, steamer, full kitchen and make up area. Anthony was great to work with, super responsive and kind. Will definitively shoot here again!

    This place is nicely decorated and in a very trendy neighborhood in DTLA for a great price! We booked it for client meetings and clothes fittings for a commercial prep. Everyone was really impressed by the place. We will definitely book it again. The host is super friendly and accessible. He accommodated our needs throughout the price. Highly recommended it!

    Absolutely loved this space! I utilized it for a small group meeting. Clean, beautiful furniture, also really appreciated the water and coffee they made available! Host was quick with responses and great communication! Will definitely be using this venue again.
