A spacious and versatile 2,200 sq ft event space in the heart of Shoreditch, London, featuring a distinctive industrial character with original brickwork, concrete floors, and modern event infrastructure. The space accommodates up to 200 guests standing or theatre-style, with capacity for up to 110 guests in classroom or cabaret setups. A private mezzanine overlooks the main space and can be used as a production, AV, or control room. Equipped with professional AV and lighting, rigging points, three-phase power, underfloor heating, and water access, the space is well suited for conferences, product launches, brand activations, exhibitions, private parties, weddings, music events, photoshoots, and film productions.
