Formal Foyer for a grand entrance, with two story high ceilings, and an open floor plan that is filled with natural light. The Luxurious formal living room, Spectacular formal dining room, and Gorgeous chandeliers create an elegant atmosphere. Features: • Stunning Staircase • Unique Master Suite with Spa Bathtub • White House filled with Natural Light • Private Pool • An Ancient Greek (Caesar's Vibes), Middle Eastern/Persian Vibes, Colonial Front Exterior A Very Unique Home perfect for all occasions - including photo & film shoots, production, content creation, videos, print ads, editorial, fashion shoots, product shoots, and more. Location Benefits: Natural Light, Free Parking for small shoots, Make-Up and Hair area, 2 Clothing Racks (Wardrobe Rack), and a Beautiful Swimming Pool, and Indoor Bathtub/Jacuzzi. We want you to have a wonderful experience, and will do our best to accommodate you, therefore if you have any questions about the below information, please do not hesitate to ask. **MUSIC VIDEOS - Allowed Only on Case by Case Basis Depending on Footprint **Full House Rules could not fit here in the limited description paragraph, please inquire and we can send them to you via messaging or email. Thank you Kindly NUMBER OF GUESTS/PRICING: For everyone’s safety and protection, we are very strict with the headcount, and there will always be an On-Site Rep, who will confirm the total number of guests and enforce all rules. Guest pricing is based on the total number of guests throughout the entire day, and not on a rotation of individuals, as all guests are required to fill out a COVID-19/Release form beforehand. **Please note that if on the day of your shoot, there are more Guests then what was discussed/approved, the shoot may be terminated. In addition, there will be a penalty charge of $25 per hour per person on top of the higher tier pricing which will be due. Therefore, please make sure we are all on the same page in advance on the total number of attendees, and we thank you for your understanding. SAFETY/COVID-19/RELEASE FORMS: All Individuals will be required to read, sign and comply with all of the requirements of this form prior to entering the home. This form will be emailed to you ahead of time, so you have the opportunity to review and ask any questions ahead of time. Anyone who does not have a signed form will not be allowed to enter. Anyone who acts in an unsafe manner at any time during the shoot or does not follow our House Rules will be immediately removed and all production will be stopped until the person has left. DEPOSIT REQUIRED: There is a required deposit of $2,000. Please have this ready on the day of the shoot to give to the host prior to starting your shoot. Depending on the number of guests, areas used, etc. the deposit may be held for up to 48 hours in order to complete a thorough walk through. As you can see by our reviews, we are very fair. INSURANCE: Guests must provide a certificate of insurance with a minimum of 1 million dollars, and list the host as additional insured. VALID PERMIT REQUIRED (If applicable): Obtaining the permit is your responsibility, and if your production is shut down by the City, or any fines assessed, we are not responsible, and there will not be a refund unfortunately. *Please ask for Full House Rules, Thank You

Our shoot could not have gone any smoother! Site reps were very attentive and did everything they could to help out. Location is beautiful and has great details, including furniture and decor. There was plenty of space for truck parking and the neighborhood was easy to work with.
