On country lane outside village of 2,000 Traditional home with modern touches. Third floor has clean modern look. Set back from road. Neighbors only visible in winter - 3 acre lot surrounded by larger tracts of land. There is a trail on the property for wooded scenes. Trail can be groomed or a bit more wild. Great filming inside and outside. Freshly painted house, neatly landscaped.

    From initial outreach to our final goodbye, Marcella was incredibly easy to work with and very accommodating. And her home and grounds are visually stunning. We were able to shoot what we needed there in record time, and with zero hiccups. Plus, Marcella and her husband own a nearby restaurant, and the food was delicious. Great shoot, and great experience all the way around.

    What a gorgeous location! Marcella was very accomodating to our short film that shot here. She went above and beyond to make sure that her house could meet our needs and was just a pleasure to work with. There were so many beautiful options of rooms to utilized and all of the existing decor is beautiful, tasteful and perfect for shooting. There is plenty of space for production - a whole basement that is great for staging and lots of outdoor space for crew. 10/10 would recommend! Thank you!
