About the Space
As you enter this pristine modern house you’ll be amazed by a sparkling pool in front of you that has an explosive Santa Monica ocean view through the large sliding/ bifolding glass doors.. you’ll also be drawn to look at the spiral staircase that leads to the Rooftop and a 360 degree View of all of LA including Downtown skyscrappers, Hollywood Sign, Santa Monica Ocean, Malibu & Palos Verdes.. the rooftop comes with a bar & a seating space for up to 8 people including lounges and a table fireplace to enjoy the views and romantic sunsets with glasses of wine.. The backyard offers an 8 people size Jacuzzi that is flying in the air with amazing sunset views through the glass fence, a large built in BBQ patio with barstools & swing seats to take your mind to the sky, a projector to enjoy movie nights or party videoclips from the Jacuzzi, a corner firepit table outdoor seating set, & a mini Golf course as well as alot of space for entertainment & parties for up to 50+ people.. just Amazing 😍 PLEASE NOTE: The basic booking with no add-ons gets the guests access to ALL the space in the house, including: Interior: - All Living rooms - 1 Guests Bathroom - Interior Bar - Dining Room Exterior: - Backyard - Rooftop - Pool Courtyard area - Exterior Bar The following rooms are NOT included in the basic booking and can be requested separately as add-ons at check-out: - Bedrooms - Kitchen (which allows cooking and using all cookware, if added) - a 2nd bathroom for the guests Rules: No taping/decorating on any walls allowed otherwise a $700 fee will be deducted from the deposit. - No music is allowed after 10pm. - Music has to be at a reasonable low volume at all times to not disturb neighbors. - No parking in front of neighbors driveways allowed. - Basic booking with no add ons includes only the common areas. No bedrooms, no kitchen, no garage included. Please Note: - Booking for parties above 70 guests must consult with host for a custom pricing BEFORE booking!

This space was super huge and exactly the vision for my project. Me and my team had an amazing event shooting at this mansion. Sarahy the host was very helpful with our shoot and i will definitely be back to shoot more content for upcoming events. Definitely recommend this spot.

The Paradise Pool Mansion was an amazing experience, The house was perfect to host my mom’s memorial repast. The indoor/outdoor made it easy for guest to enjoy the gorgeous outdoor view and provide plenty of space. The house is exactly as seen on the pictures.. very beautiful. Raja was very accommodating and returned messages promptly. I would definitely recommend this house and will rent again,
