About the Space
A victorian house with four large rooms. Some walls have been stripped down to the wooden structure. It is available for film and photo shoots, exhibitions and pop-ups. It is situated very close to Peckham Rye Station (5 min walk) and is part of the Copeland Industrial Park. Safehouse 2 is next door to another of our locations, Safehouse 1. Both spaces can be booked in conjunction at a discount. LAYOUT CAPACITY Standing room, 60ppl, max. 16ppl on upper floors at any one time FACILITIES Single phase power and toilet ACCESS The ground floor of Safehouse 2 is wheelchair accessible. On-street parking (by meter) nearby, as well as close access to the Copeland Industrial Park carpark (approx. £10 per day)
