About the Space

This is a contemporary, versatile space, 10 minutes from Paddington/15 minutes from Euston/20 minutes from Oxford Circus. With three rooms - a bar area, a games area and an events space, it can be flexed and rearranged to any need. With capacity for 60 people, the space works equally well for large private parties, corporate events, product shoots and live performances as it does for more intimate gatherings, meetings, workshops, creative sessions or get-togethers. Moot's games room has a range of social games such as table football, arcade games, table tennis and basketball. It has bench and relaxed seating, a stage, a screen and sound system. the 'bring-you-own' bar is perfect for whatever refreshments you'd like to bring on board, we've seen everything from bubble tea, to waffle machines, to ice-cream, by way of large amounts of champagne. Or if you'd prefer we can organise catering, or you can buy soft drinks, popcorn and snacks directly from us. The event space can be cleared almost entirely, making it ideal for all sorts from photo shoots to fitness and yoga sessions. Otherwise, it's usually set up in a relaxed social set up, with plenty of casual seating, chairs, tables and beanbags. A small stage at the back is ideal for presentations and performances or just elevating your DJ decks to new heights.... And each room can be separated by a curtain, creating flexible breakout space, or simply some privacy for podcasting. Moot can be offered staffed, or unstaffed, depending on your event needs, and has a large screen, sound system throughout, and microphones, should you need them. 3 days a week the venue plays host to Moot Youth, a social space for teenagers, so your hire of our space has a huge impact on the local community, helping fund safe and inspiring spaces for young people to socialise face-to-face.
