Bonjour 👋🏼 Découvrez notre studio style industriel-boho de 2100 pieds carrés, un espace unique où vos projets, qu’ils soient professionnels ou privés, prennent vie. Situé dans le Plateau Mont-Royal, notre espace polyvalent est idéal pour : la création de contenu, les séances photo, les tournages vidéo, podcasts, les lancements, les castings, les pop-ups, les ateliers, ainsi que pour vos événements spéciaux tels que les enterrements de jeune fille, les bb showers, les demandes en mariage, anniversaires et plus encore. Stationnement gratuit pour nos invités (jusqu’à 30 voitures!)  Chaque élément de décor est modulable pour créer l’ambiance idéale. Nous avons même notre propre bar de fleurs que vous pouvez utiliser, ainsi que d’une large gamme de props! (vases, accessoires, backdrops, chaises, tapis..) Voici les informations souvent demandées : • Nourriture et boissons : autorisées sur place ! • Equipement et décoration : nous offrons la possibilité de louer des ballons, arche, tables pliantes et chaises (jusqu’à 40 chaises) pour accueillir vos invités. Demandez notre catalogue d’options! • Mobilier disponible : Tout le mobilier sur les photos fait partie de l'espace. Grand sofa design, tapis, table à café en béton, miroirs, grande table haute pour un buffet, bar de fleurs, plantes, backdrops (sur demande), speaker, wifi, tapis, accessoires décoratifs et d’une cuisine ouverte avec rangement arrière : frigo, micro-ondes, four. Baigné de lumière naturelle, notre studio est bien entretenu, avec un mobilier soigneusement choisi. Nous demandons à nos invités de remettre en ordre l’espace après utilisation ; bien qu’un service de nettoyage par notre équipe est inclus. TOUS LES INVITÉS DOIVENT ÊTRE RESPONSABLES ET RESPECTER LES LIEUX. ‼️ADULTES RESPONSABLES obligatoires sur place. Aucun événement après minuit. Une tolérance de 30 minutes est accordée (jusqu’à 00h30 pour le last call). Located in the Plateau Mont-Royal, this versatile space is ideal for: content creation, photo shoots, video shoots, podcasts, product launches, castings, pop-ups, workshops, as well as for your special events such as bachelorette parties, baby showers, marriage proposals, and more. Our studio is also available for rent for your events. Each decorative element is modular to create the ideal atmosphere. To add a natural touch, take advantage of our flowers bar, as well as a range of vases and accessories to enhance your creations. Here is some info often requested: • Food and drinks: allowed on site! Although we do not offer catering, we are happy to recommend quality local options. • Equipment and decoration: we offer the possibility of renting balloons, arch and chairs, cake display. • Facilities available: enjoy one large high table, studio decorations (sofa, rugs, flowers, plants, backdrops, speakers, wifi, furniture, accessories) and a small kitchen with fridge, microwave and worktop. Flooded with natural light, our studio is well maintained, with carefully chosen furniture. We ask our guests to tidy up the space after use; a cleaning service is available for a fee if needed. We would love to welcome you to our studio! No events past midnight. A 30-minute buffer is allowed (until 12:30 AM for last call). The space is not intended for late-night parties. 🚫

The studio is magical. I hosted my baby shower yesterday and I cannot stress enough how perfect this location is. It’s fully furnished, big enough for large groups, comfortable and stylish. The light that comes from the windows is just perfect. I would 10000/10 recommend this location to anyone looking to have a memorable event without having to worry about anything. Allison was so responsive and helpful. I could not have hoped for a better place to host it!

Honestly, such a great host! Communication was excellent, and the studio was perfect for our event. The space was clean, well equipped, and exactly as described. We really loved it and would definitely rent it again!

Spacious, beautiful setup, great for parties, events, photoshoots! Has a kitchen, a mezzanine (needs to be booked) as well as Sonos speakers that is so loud you don’t even need a DJ! Only issue was the A/C, unit was extremely hot! We opened the windows which saved us! Host was efficient and quick in responding to my questions! Great stay overall ! Would book here again!
