About the Space

A new 8,000 sq ft event space & film location-based in Bermondsey a stone's throw away from London Bridge. The location is a derelict former industrial laundrette made up of 2 units: offering a variety of backdrops and raw aesthetics whilst being production-ready. 29 Pages Walk The main warehouse and engine room of the laundrettes. With drive-in access, old machinery, pitched roof ceiling, raw brick walls, exposed beams and decommissioned pipework. This space comes blacked out but for an additional charge, we can take the blackout down before your arrival to have natural light through the skylights. 31 Pages Walk The ground floor is made up of several rooms with old industrial machinery, blank canvas space, rooms with graffitied walls, low beamed ceilings, exposed pipework and raw floors. This space is black out. The first floor is again made up of two large spaces with high ceilings, exposed beams, graffitied walls, raw floors, loading bay doors to the yard that conjoins both spaces. It also has several smaller storage spaces and offices. Power: 2 x 16amp Outlet with a breakdown to 13amp Please note that the published rate and minimum 6 of hours to book are flexible and it depends on the type of event, days of the week, timings & number of guests.
