About the Space
**WALLPAPER CAN BE CHANGED PER REQUEST ($250 FEE) Bold vintage wallpaper, authentic mid-century furniture, colorful retro kitchen, wood floors, and large pool area. A bright mid-century vintage style home located in Van Nuys. Inside you'll find 1500 square feet of recently renovated space for shoots of all kinds in need of a vintage, relaxed aesthetic with mid-century and European accents. Enjoy an immense amount of natural light, a bright kitchen, an open dining room with rectangular table that seats four and a well-appointed living room with a large sofa and colorful textiles. The back of the home opens to a lovely backyard with a large pool and natural surroundings. We provide many amenities to make your shoot as fluid as possible. Our driveway is convenient for loading/unloading production equipment and with available street parking. The house must be left in the condition you originally entered it in - if you move furniture around it needs to be placed back in its original position. Any damages incurred will be passed on to production. ALL furniture needs to be lifted, NOT dragged. NO smoking on the premises. Production must carry out their own trash and dispose of it (not in our trash cans), any bags left behind will incur a fee. Outside catering is allowed and suggested.

This location is so beautiful and perfectly suited for filmmaking! The first thing that stood out to me was loading the gear—super easy, smooth access to the garage that connects directly inside. Plus, each room made it really easy to light from outside the windows, which made my life as a DP so much easier. Lastly, the location rep, Isabel, was incredibly helpful and so kind about us shooting there! She’s super responsive and easy to communicate with both online and offline. Highly recommended!!

What a gem of a location and amazing host! Isa was fantastic from start to finish; communicative, kind, and easy to work with. The space was beautifully decorated with unique wallpaper, amazing furnishing, and gorgeous natural light. Perfect for the vibe we were going for :) Will definitely rent this space again when we are in need of a quick and easy place to film at!
