About the Space

Modern urban open concept 2100sf converted warehouse loft. Located in Gastown in a heritage building with mountain and waterfront views. Feature brick and white brick walls, concrete floors with modern design. Good natural light, plenty of space, open plan living / dining / kitchen area. Note, if you're recording audio / interviews. There is a heliport in the waterfront about 300 meters (1000 feet) away. Most take off and landing activity is in the morning.

    Trevor's space was absolutely beautiful and accurate to the lovely photos displayed on the listing. He was a gracious house and incredibly accommodating to shoot our productions needs. Friendly and flexible. Our production feels very lucky to have had the opportunity to have filmed here and would love to shoot here again in the future!

    Trevor's space is exactly as pictured. Very large and beautiful, also very quiet in the living area if you are needing to film sound. Trevor himself was great and very accommodating of us.
