This 2-story 4BR 3BA unit on a 1-acre lot is located in a safe and quiet Clinton neighborhood near DC and Virginia. The property is within a 10-minute drive of shopping, including a farmer's market, Starbucks, Walmart, Safeway, Lowes, CVS, Walgreens, Wendy's, Panera Bread, Ruby Tuesday, and other restaurants offering Italian, Latino, West African, and Caribbean cuisine. The Surratt House Museum and National Harbor are within 15 minutes away. Owners live in basement unit with separate entrance. The house has an office on the main level and four rooms on the second level, two on each end of the hallway. There’s a queen-size sleeper couch in the office. The primary suite and second bedroom both have en suite bathrooms, while the other two rooms share a Jack-and-Jill bathroom with direct (private) access from each bedroom to the bathroom. There are two sunrooms with fantastic views of green spaces and the crystal clear swimming pool.
