About the Space

This is a friendly open spot used primarily by one photographer but open for rentals. The building is located in a very quiet neighbourhood with ample parking and lots of surrounding green space. With wifi, a large kitchen, outdoor patio and private bathroom the studio is an ideal work space. The studio is accessible via a drive in door and has hardwood floors with an 11 foot ceiling.

    Fantastic space in the most unusual of locations. Large studio (pics do not do it justice) with capability of large productions or small. I personally like the ability to easily shoot indoors or outdoors. Definitely my new favourite studio in Toronto. Dave is very accommodating and helpful. I highly recommend this studio.

    Such an amazing location! Dave was very friendly and accommodating. The space was separate from the house which gave my film crew more flexibility to maneuver without the worry of any outside noise. A very pleasant and quiet area. A++ Recommended.
