Versatile loft-style venue perfect for private events, brand activations, dinners, launches, workshops, weddings, photo shoots, and creative productions. The space features soaring 23ft ceilings, beautiful natural north light, a large open-concept main floor, full kitchen, private green room, lounge loft overlooking the studio, and multiple washrooms. Ground-level garage access makes load-in simple for vendors, DJs, decorators, or production crews. Designed to feel private and flexible, the venue works well for both intimate gatherings and larger-scale creative events. Blackout capability is available for productions and evening events. Mike was super accommodating and the space was very clean and we were able to mould the venue as we please and we’re out at great time! The upstairs was beautiful for photoshoots and all of our guests said it was a great space for us to host our brand launch party!

This place was the perfect vibe for our halloween/bday party, we would look forward to booking this venue again, it was extremely clean and also a great blank slate to decorate. Host was excellent to get in contact with and make sure everything we needed was done. It was a great set-up with lights and some decor. Tables were already there which was great as we didn't need to transport and could use one as a bar table for our bartender and another for our DJ. Having a garage door access is so excellent and being able to view the studio ahead of time whenever we needed was a major plus too. The large counter space in the kitchen made an excellent area for food and desserts to be displayed. We had many compliments on the style of venue overall as it was incredibly spacious.

The Geary studio is a neat, spacious and aesthetic event space that can cater to your every need. I celebrated my birthday here and I only added lights to make the space feel like a speak easy/club vibe and it did not disappoint. Everyone loved the venue. Highly recommend! Host is very accommodating and easy to connect with, thank you Mike. We also had Mark overseeing the event and he was wonderful.

We used the studio for film production. The place is great - very large, clean, and has all amenities one might need. Mike was fast and friendly in communication and very accommodating. Highly recommend.

We threw a NYE party for 120 people at this studio and it was everything we hoped for and more. Sheila and her partner was a pleasure to work with from beginning to end. The venue is incredibly beautiful and Sheila worked very hard to make sure we had everything we needed for a seamless event. She was easy to communicate with and always responded quickly. We highly recommend this venue to anyone and hope to work with Sheila again on another event in the future. Thanks again for making our NYE event so successful!
