Large dining hall with raised stage, dimmable lighting, and kitchen (with hatch), perfect for weddings, birthday parties, fundraisers, etc. Include tables, chairs, above-ground lot, and access to a 100 person courtyard with fountain, garden, and benches. Underground parking lot can be added for a fee, as well as 100-person rec. room that is adjacent to the courtyard, use of baby grand piano, and a 700 person historic auditorium with a foyer and wet bar. Wi-fi and AV equipment is not included.
