    Really great space - Between the textured wall, windows and the cyc there are so many easy options for set ups. Lots of great furniture and objects in the space too. Easy load in/load out. Ian and Ben were easy to reach and avail for questions in the lead up. Looking forward to booking again!

    (Booked this space to shoot a short documentary film. You can see how we used the space on Vimeo, Running Through Her Past) It is such a beautiful studio that took our breath away when we stepped in. We highly recommend booking the studio during the morning to take advantage of the beautiful lighting and shadow cast by the mirror. There are so many different options in this studio! The plants, chairs, ladders, couches and more. They also have a load of rental supplies though we did not use them because we had our supplies. One of the things we missed the opportunity of using is the lighting in their studio. USE THEM! They're so cool and fun! My favourite thing about the studio is how easy it was to communicate with the owners. I had a mishap with booking the studio but they were so understanding and accommodating. They also answered my questions via text which is much more accessible for me as someone who is Deaf. I will definitely be back to shoot another video.

    The shoot went perfect. The space has a lot of natural light which makes shooting easy. The look of the studio also gave me so many different concept ideas. I would definitely rent this place out again and recommend it to others!

Location Rules

  • Bookings are subject to HST. Bookings are for time reserved, not time used. Bookings are held upon receipt of payment. Cancellations are refunded with studio credit.
  • Overtime is simply billed at our hourly rate. It runs in 1 hour increments and begins at the top of the hour.
