About the Space

Welcome to our newly built condo in Lower Lonsdale, North Vancouver. With gorgeous natural light, it is the perfect blend of minimal and clean, yet thoughtfully curated. It is a dream space for photo and video shoots of all kinds. Our home features white walls and large, east facing windows, offering generous amounts of natural light. The owner is a photographer, so if you have any lighting related questions please feel free to get in touch! The entire space has a cohesive, neutral, clean and carefully curated aesthetic making it ideal for shoots. Furniture can be rearranged if needed, and styling props include: artisan ceramic pieces, white linen bedding, a surfboard and earthy vintage decor. There is one bedroom (with a king bed), a living space, two bathrooms (one bath, one rain shower with white marble tile), and a modern kitchen. Street parking is available and access is available by lockbox or I can meet guests in person.

    The place is exactly what you see in the photos, which is great for people producing videos or photos. Christie was extremely easy to reach and on top of everything. I highly recommend it to anyone in search of a good-looking location.

    What a lovely, airy space! Was perfect for our photoshoot. Large patio space with street access made it easy to load in and out. Communication was clear and easy, would definitely recommend booking this space!

    Christie was a delight to communicate with and she answers attentively with all the questions I had prior to booking the place. This helps with the efficiency of the planning stage. The place is very spacious and very clean. It is also very aesthetic, but not to the point where the background looks distracting. There are a lot of opportunities for natural light to come through which is beneficial for lifestyle images. The place had everything we need. I recommend it for taking lifestyle product images or filming scenes at home. As per social distancing, the space is enough if you have small-medium size equipment and working with a small team. The location it's at is also not very distant from stores - you can conveniently walk to restos and convenience stores. If you need outdoor shots, the beautiful Lonsdale Quay overlooking Downtown Vancouver is also walking distance from there.
