About the Space

Please contact for details. One of the few original industrial spaces left in the city. The event space has been completely refurbished with gas heat, fans, a restored wood ceiling and different lighting options, depending on your preference. Massive skylights with north-facing original industrial pane windows provide tons of natural light, great for photoshoots. From movies to weddings and everything in between, this a great versatile space.. All-gender restrooms. Street access. Ample parking across the street.

    This space is amazing. We loved working with Michaela on our special event. The space allowed us to create our vision for our gathering while being super central for our guests. I would recommend this space for someone who is hiring professionals to execute the event.
