About the Space
Built in 1935, this lower Hollywood Hills home maintains all of the original architectural period elements—carved doors, wood floors, windows, fireplaces, and most light fixtures. The large living room is elegant with vaulted ceilings, 7’ bay windows, and two sets of carved double wooden doors that lead to a large outdoor patio. Patio wraps around to bay window side. Decorations are primarily period correct, but has several eclectic elements as well—including the hood of a 1953 Oldsmobile Rocket 88 hung on the living room wall. An additional 1bd/2ba unit below is also available, it is approximately 800 sq ft and has smaller patios out the front door.

Thanks to Jonathan and his amazing location, we filmed for four days and it was an INCREDIBLE success. This house has so much potential and Jonathan really allowed us to play to realize it. Communication between our team and him was very smooth. Filming inside was easy, spacious, and we were able to accommodate quite a large crew. I would highly recommend this location and Jonathan to anyone!

What an incredible space! Jonathan was an excellent host and went out of his way to make sure my birthday event was an absolute hit! I hosted a murder mystery party in his space for 35 people and it was truly the perfect location! It’s an absolutely gorgeous house and the decor made it especially perfect for the 1920’s speakeasy theme. It was spacious for all our guests and provided plenty of space for everyone to sit, chat, and discuss ‘who dun it!’ I can’t recommend this space enough, we will absolutely be returning for our next event!
