Beautiful 1930’s/ Edwardian styled semi detached half brick/half white rendered house which combines period charm with modern touches. Light, bright and airy feel. A quiet location with no road noise. Ground Floor: the side door leads into a Large and striking 8.5x5.5m kitchen/ diner/family area with large exposed steel work (painted white). Bay window at front. At the end of the kitchen is an impressive vaulted ceiling with a first floor level floor to ceiling black Crittal style fixed window. 3 large glass sphere lights hang over the huge kitchen oak topped island measuring 3.7m long. Floor cabinets are painted in F&B Railings. Large steel fridge with surrounding cabinets in a light cream colour. 4 Velux windows bring on more light over the top of the marble effect stone worktop with a double Belfast sink set into the run. Freestanding steel Fisher and Paykel stove. Crittal style black French doors and floor to ceiling window panes. Parquet floor with border detailing in kitchen and utility. Painted black floorboards in old part of house, hallway and staircase. White walls - Monochrome effect. Lounge has exposed original floorboards, (wood colour - not painted). Bay window. A large shed in the back corner. There is a good sized lawn, and an abundance of beautiful roses and perennial plants. Large hedging either side. An English garden. Not overlooked from the rear. The back of the house is rendered white, with contrasting black Crittal doors and windows.
