About the Space
Bring your creative ideas to this light and airy open canvas property that is very production-friendly in a peaceful and quiet community available for usage on either short-term or long-term basis. It is readily and easily accessible as we provide you with remote access. Perfect space for film productions, commercials, photoshoots, and content creation. We've worked with several filmmakers, photographers, content creators and advertising agencies who love the versatility and the character of the space. This is a 1922 corner lot craftsman-style single-family home in the Los Angeles area. This property is newly renovated with designer finishes and a contemporary appeal while retaining some of the original craftsmen aesthetics. Natural lighting throughout, seamless open floor plan with a clear view from entry to the rear of the house. This is a three-bedroom/ 1 bath home. The 3rd bedroom in the rear part of the home can be utilized as a makeup/wardrobe room or converted to an office space. The furniture in the bedrooms is customizable and can easily be dissembled or removed if necessary. We have an expansive yard space to set up equipment and tents for your catering needs. The house is tailored to be self-served, a smart home, with high-speed internet. The wooden fence surrounding the property obstructs public view and provides extra security and complete privacy. There is ample street parking. Depending on the size of cast and crews, we recommend organizing ride share or secure a parking lot to avoid city ordinance violations and inconvenience to the neighbors. The property is central and a short distance from the 405, 110, and 105 Interstate highways. Short distance from LAX airport, USC, SOFI stadium, Forum, and Youtube theater.

Great location for our film shoot. The interior layout is beautiful and well maintained. Open kitchen/living room layout. A big backyard and easy access through the side gate for loading and unloading equipment. I will be recommending the space to others.

We booked this shoot on short notice for a last-minute client project, and the space was perfect for our needs. It was clean, functional, and easy to access. Robert was very communicative throughout our booking process. It was also very quiet. Our only disturbance was a brief period of gardener noise from the house next door in the afternoon. Would definitely shoot here again!
