18th century threshing barn and all in One Distillery and Events Place and offers Creators of Hand Crafted Artisan Spirits. You can rent this venue for birthdays, functions, events, weddings, photoshoots and film locations. Housed in an 18th century threshing barn just outside Henley-on-Thames, our gleaming 300l copper alembic stills are heated over open flames, controlled and guided by one of the youngest Master Distillers in the country - Jacob Wilson - to produce leading-edge, contemporary spirits whose roots are firmly planted in traditional, hand-crafted methods. There are no industrial rectifying columns here and nothing is chill-filtered meaning all the flavour from the botanical extracts and essential oils meticulously selected by Jacob remain pure, creating premium-quality, artisan spirits.
