Built in 1899, white rough cast exterior with black, original leaded windows to front. Large brick pillared front porch - with old red tiled roof. It’s a wing of the main house so is attached. Circular drive with central planted round. Trees to front and high red brick wall with black wooden double gates, and a single pedestrian gate. Gate to side of the house for access to garden. At the back: Yoga studio, small brick pond, brick paths, pergola, pot plants, tiled green patio, long verandah across the back of the house with lead roof. Garden shed built of bricks at the far end. House is three floors, high ceilings, old features but modern light utility room and large kitchen dinner with fully opening bifolds overlooking the garden. Kitchen is black with large modern black windows. Large white island, double ovens, separate pantry. Leads to dark green lounge/snug/TV area. Decor black, white, green, red, turquoise. Plants, rugs - floor is wood look tile. Dark wood, colonial and antique mix of furniture. Lots of artwork. Two small studies and entrance hall. First floor. Carpeted in neutral. Three bedrooms: teen boy, guest and master marble, double sink green and cream en suite, walk through wardrobes. Family bathroom in neutral zen style with oval stone bath. Top floor two girls rooms and small shower room. Dormer windows - lots of light in all the rooms. All just been renovated. All bathrooms, kitchen, pantry and utility room brand new. Separate garden yoga studio has its own shower room. Parking for five cars on drive and on street parking is free. Maidenhead train station is 11 minute walk away. Tesco express, decent pub that serves food and reasonable Indian restaurant all at the ends of the road - one minute walk.
