Huge space ! This building has so much character. Each room has a different vibe. Approx 35 rooms across 3 floors and 2 large basements A few acres of grounds and 2 driveways Parking . Toilets on site. Electric in limited areas of the building but all the building can be reached via extension leads ❕ £100 per hour is the minimum fee whether there are 3 people or 30 .
