HD projector and 120” screen: $60+ tax RULES: -Client must provide a refundable damage deposit of $500. -Alcohol consumption must be moderate -NO smoking of any kind is allowed in the studio. -NO cooking allowed (any catering and food must be delivered already cooked and only the microwave can be used to warm food) -NO sparks or flammable objects. -NO glitter or confetti -NO Candle wax dripped on floor, furniture or other surfaces -NO nails, screws, staples or penetrating items should be used on our walls -All activity must be contained within the unit; no activity permitted in the hallways -Rescheduling your booking is only allowed within 14days prior to your booking date RATES: (January-November) (Media Production- photo/video only) ——————————————————- DAY RATE: 7am-6pm $90/hr (Monday to Thursday, minimum 2 hours WEEKEND RATE : 7am-6pm $100/hr (Friday-Sunday, minimum 2 hours WEEKEND EVENING : 6pm-12am $120/hr (Friday-Sunday, minimum 2 hours EVENTS /business Meetings —————————————————- WEEKDAY RATE: 7am-1am $100hr (Monday to Thursday, minimum 2 hours WEEKEND RATE: 7am-6pm $120/hr (Friday-Sunday, minimum 2 hours) EVENING: 6pm-1am $130/hr (Friday-Sunday, minimum 4 hours) Other fees: Cleaning fee: $100 Group fee: $80 (groups over 10 people ) PARKING: 1) grade-level public parking at the corner of Bay and Edward Street 2) across the street at the Atrium on Bay (underground) the entrance is on Edward Street. 3) across the street at the Canadian Tire (underground) ACCESSIBILITY/ ELEVATOR Although we do our best to accommodate all clients, we are not situated in a fully accessible building. We are on the 4th floor of an old building that only has manually operated elevator. Elevator service is available, free of charge Monday to Friday 9am-5pm. The elevator operator is available after 5pm and on weekends for an extra cost ($17/hr minimum 3 consecutive hours)

Hosted a Galentines Event and got nothing but jaw dropping reactions from my guests. The space was perfect from the varying lighting LED and spotlights which u can change the colors to the smart tv and speaker. It was bright, renovated clean and communication was top tier with quick responses and supportive staff. I will come back and host many more events. Removed a start just because the elevator broke down but out of their control.

This space is amazing & true to pictures. Checking in was seamless with Efrain. The various focal walls made the space so funtional for my photoshoot. Highly recommended!

It was a great place to shoot for our website and social media. There is white wall, a kitchen area, a table with a wall with plants in the background and a living room area that you can use as backdrops. There is also a dressing room area with mirrors to change.

We had a wonderful time celebrating my husband's 40th birthday in this space. Both Darwin and Efrain were great at communicating and accommodating some last-minute requests. Our guests were amazed at the space and really enjoyed themselves there. Would recommend to anyone looking for a private place for a party.

Really beautiful space! My team and I were able to produce some really great photos and content in this space. Efrain was a extremely attentive and assisted when needed. If you're booking this space on the weekend, do yourself a favor and book the elevator (especially if you have a lot of equipment, stuff... - at least going up) you can thank me later.

This space was absolutely perfect for our small event. It is just as beautiful in person as the pictures. It was clean, had all the essentials, and was so beautiful for photos. Communication was amazing any questions I had were answered in minutes. Highly recommend using this studio for your next event.

Great location, ample parking nearby, beautiful space with amazing daytime natural light. Darwin was able to accommodate a last minute time change when my flight was delayed, which was greatly appreciated. Highly recommend
