About the Space

Welcome to 10 acres of undisturbed natural beauty! We are located at the border of Los Angeles and Ventura Counties, within the Los Angeles 30-mile studio zone, only 5 miles from the 101 freeway and Westlake Village,12 miles to El Matador State Beach (Malibu) and Pacific Coast Hwy (PCH).     Beautiful place; vibes are so peaceful and Jen is amazing. I 100% recommend Thank you Jen for making my day possible. I held my wedding ceremony here and it began to rain an 1hr before. Jen was kind enough to have a plan B available for me.

    Jen was so nice and welcoming to our small shoot! She was so helpful in showing us around the place and gave us the space to get some amazing shots. Going to the ranch at golden hour was absolutely beautiful and we loved spending time there. We're thrilled with how our footage turned out and we'd absolutely recommend the location.
