About the Space
This location has lots of looks and character. Walnut hardwood floors through out the house except for tiled kitchen and bathroom floors. Open floor plan. The Kitchen opens to dinning area, and dinning area opens to the living room, hall and front doors Dinning room contains a fireplace with a dated dark wooden mantle that includes a beveled mirror, and wooden framed glass cabinet . Large Sunken living room with sliding glass doors which leads out to rear patio. Covered Patio is cement. Six person Hot tub is located on the covered patio and hot tub is filled with water after the hot tub is added on. An Extra fee is required for the use of the hot tub. Large private back yard which is surrounded by a 6' tall medium brown wooden fence. Adult film/photography ok. Available add ons: 1) Craftsman 3500 generator + gas. 2) Hot tub + water. 3) Snow machine, 1 gal. of snow fluid = approx 30 min of play time. 4) Fireplace.
